Chemical and mechanical stripping of old paint, coatings and primers — down to bare metal with no surface damage.
Our chemical stripping tanks dissolve old powder coatings, paint layers and primers from metal components without damaging the substrate. Stripping is typically followed by sandblasting and pre-treatment to ensure a perfectly clean surface prior to the new finish being applied.
Post-coating assembly services — we can re-assemble your item after coating so it leaves our shop ready to use.
Many items arrive disassembled for coating. Once the finishing process is complete, our team can re-assemble gates, furniture, brackets, fittings and other components so that your product is handed back fully functional.
Precision masking and wrapping of components prior to coating — protecting threads, bearing surfaces and mating faces.
Before coating certain components require specific surfaces to remain coating-free — threaded inserts, bearing bores, electrical contact points and precision-machined faces must be carefully masked. Our team uses specialist high-temperature masking materials to protect these areas. After powder coating your item we can also assist with specialised wrapping if required to ensure your product remains in excellent condition whilst transporting.
